we currently roast twice a week, on monday and thursday. your coffee ships the day after it's roasted, with the roast date printed on the bag.
the cutoff time for orders on a roasting day is 9am - after that, your order will ship after the following roast. -
your call -- every coffee comes whole bean or drip grind, pick at checkout. whole bean stays fresh longer if you have a grinder.
