first, we care a lot about shipping well-roasted, fresh coffee. we've been doing it consistently since 2008, and our reviews show it.

our guarantee

  • every single shipment will be fresh roasted

    unlike bigger roasters and retailers, we do not have warehouses or distribution centers. we don't store pre-roasted coffee. every bag is roasted to order and shipped ASAP, which means it arrives before it reaches peak flavor.

  • if your recipient likes coffee, we've got something for them

    we stock everything from the darkest dark roasts to intensely vibrant light roasts. if single origins aren't your giftee's thing, we'll substitute something that's more up their alley.

  • if something goes wrong, we'll make it right

    we didn't get an average 4.9 review or keep repeat customers since 2008 by letting things slip. we make sure customers are satisfied, and fix mistakes if they happen.

  • easy peasy:

    1. you select the length of the subscription and number of bags you want sent.
    2. during checkout, you tell us when you want the first shipment sent and where to send it. we can send the first shipment to you so you can put it under the tree, or directly to the giftee.
    3. after that, we'll ship a new single origin once per month directly to the giftee.
    4. your giftee will enjoy fresh, unique single origin coffees.

  • 5-8 days after the first shipment. we typically ship on tuesdays and thursdays. you can select when you want the first shipment sent, and we'll send it as soon as we can afterward.

  • yes! we can send the first shipment to you and subsequent shipments to the giftee. just select "send to my billing address" when checking out.

  • no. unlike competitors, we won't ruin your surprise. we will not email gift subscription recipients until boxing day. if that's a problem, let us know and we'll make an exception.

  • no - the subscription will expire after the last shipment (3rd, 6th, or 12th).

  • they can contact us after the first shipment if it's not to their liking, and we'll help correct any issues with brewing.

    if they want to switch to a single coffee for the remainder, they can. again, just email us.

  • no. unlike others, we don't require the recipient to create an account, take a quiz, provide a credit card, or pay for shipping. they sit back, relax, and get delicious fresh coffee.

  • once purchased, the subscription belongs to the recipient. they can change delivery dates by emailing us if they'd like to.
