Baker Road Blend is Jernabi's House blend.  In a barn on Baker Road in Lisbon, NY is where St. Lawrence Valley Roasters  was born. It's a complex 3 bean blend of Central American, Indonesian and East African coffees. Rich and smooth, medium roast. Notes of: Cherry, Orange, and Milk Chocolate.

how to brew it

here's how we brew it: 2 tablespoons (about 10g) of coffee per 6oz cup of water, a medium grind, water just off the boil. drip machine? that's how most of this coffee gets made, just keep the same ratio and use fresh cold water.
