this washed lot comes from the Abaya Main Station, operated by Tracon Trading in the Gelana Abaya area of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. grown between 1850 and 2000 masl, it’s produced by 452 smallholder farmers cultivating heirloom varieties on nutrient-rich land. the region’s cool climate and consistent rainfall create ideal conditions for clarity and complexity in the cup..

how to brew it
here's how we brew it: 2 tablespoons (about 10g) of coffee per 6oz cup of water, a medium grind, water just off the boil. drip machine? that's how most of this coffee gets made, just keep the same ratio and use fresh cold water.
