ethiopia guji uraga

we're a big fan of ethiopian coffees here, particularly those from yirgacheffe and surrounding regions. 

there's a reason they're consistently one of our best sellers and collect so many five star reviews: they taste like nothing else, and bring a fantastic balance of full flavor with a light body. when we say 'bright', think lemon or lime rather than the sweetness of orange.

this guji uraga is from a neighboring region of yirgacheffe. this coffee is a product of hundreds of smallholder farms (most under two hectares), selected and dried at the uraga washing station.
