how to brew it

here's how we brew it: 2 tablespoons (about 10g) of coffee per 6oz cup of water, a medium grind, water just off the boil.

using a drip machine? just keep the same ratio and use fresh cold water.

Best coffee. Period.

This coffee checks all the boxes - fresh, flavorful, and smooth. I make a latte with it every day at home. I moved away from the North Country about two and a half years ago and the on-demand coffee beans are missed. But! Dire Wolf is very good

Dire Wolf is very good, but just tad dark for my taste. My favorites are probably whispering pines and mountain morning. But I LOVE the way you show exactly HOW dark / sweet / vibrant each roast is with the sliders!! Great website!

My Favorite Coffee

Consistent and rich. I use it not just for espresso but pour overs at home as well. Versatile and the only coffee I prefer to drink. Nice job!
