StLVR x Big Tupper Brewing!

THE BLUFFS is a water processed decaf, smooth body with nice acidity, dark chocolate & citrus notes. Fair Trade. Organic.

how to brew it

here's how we brew it: 2 tablespoons (about 10g) of coffee per 6oz cup of water, a medium grind, water just off the boil.

using a drip machine? just keep the same ratio and use fresh cold water.
